The Everything DiSC® Certification course spans two weeks of learning combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. The total time commitment is about 20 hours (10 hours/week). During the four live sessions, participants will learn from Catalyst Consulting’s Cynthia Waisner, Ph.D. and Glen Waisner, MBA, and will work with other practitioners to apply learning, practice coaching and facilitation, and receive feedback in a safe space.
The online learning center opens for self-paced content the Friday before live sessions begin. Live Zoom sessions will be held from Noon to 2:00 PM (Central Time) on the dates selected below.

Approximately one week prior to your session, you’ll receive a message from Catalyst regarding logistical details.
You may reschedule up to ten days before the start of the class in which you are registered at no cost. Certification payment is forfeited once your scheduled course begins. Call us immediately at 800-278-9843 if you are registered and need to reschedule.
Catalyst reserves the right to cancel this course at any time and refund $1,795 (note: the cost of digital Facilitation Kits included in this bundle is not refundable).
