Your total investment has two parts: the Professional Fee (fixed) and the Learner Materials (per person).
Example for a Virtual Team of 10: $995 (Virtual Fee) + $800 (10 x $80 Workplace Profiles) = $1,795 Total.
Example for an In-Person Team of 10: $4,995 (In-Person Fee) + $800 (10 x $80 Workplace Profiles) = $5,795 Total.

Yes. We believe in simple, transparent pricing. Our professional fee includes all travel, lodging, and logistics for facilitators anywhere within the continental United States. You pay one flat rate, and we handle the rest. (Note: Venues and catering are the client's responsibility.)

We offer a single "National Standard" rate to ensure fair and consistent pricing for all our corporate partners, whether you are down the street or across the country. This allows us to dedicate the same high level of preparation and post-session support to every client.

In-person sessions are high-touch, immersive experiences that typically run longer (half-day) and require significantly more preparation, logistics, and on-site energy management compared to a focused 2-3 hour virtual sprint. And our professional fee includes all travel, lodging, and logistics for facilitators anywhere within the continental United States.

Once we agree on session date and number of learners, we will issue a detailed invoice payable by credit card, PayPal, ACH, or check. Payment terms are net 30 days.
If desired, we can issue two invoices (one for the session’s professional fee and one for its total DiSC assessment costs). This helps some clients manage spending authority limits.

Catalyst™ is the digital home for your team's DiSC results. Unlike a PDF report that gets lost in a drawer, Catalyst is an interactive learning platform. Every participant gets ongoing access to compare their style with colleagues, get real-time communication tips, and view team culture maps—at no extra annual cost.

If your team members have taken a standard Everything DiSC Workplace, Management, or Agile EQ assessment in the past (using an EPIC account), they need to be upgraded to the Catalyst platform. Your per learner costs will be the same whether your team previously took some form of DiSC assessment of they are new to DiSC.
If your learners are already on Catalyst, please contact to discuss how we might be able to leverage these existing Catalyst profiles.
Logistics and Format

Virtual Sessions: Typically 2 to 3 hours. We find this is the "sweet spot" to keep energy high without Zoom fatigue.
In-Person Sessions: Typically 3.5 to 4 hours (Half-Day). This allows time for deeper breakout activities, role-playing, and team strategy discussions.

Two weeks after your workshop, we offer to schedule a 30-minute video call with the team leader or HR sponsor. We review the aggregate Group Culture Report (which shows your team's dominant styles and blind spots) and recommend specific management strategies to keep the momentum going.
