Who is this certification for?

No prior experience is required. The certification course is designed to take you from the basics to expert-level mastery. However, having a general understanding of organizational development or training facilitation is helpful.

Yes. This is the official Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner credential issued by Wiley. It is recognized worldwide as the gold standard in behavioral assessment facilitation.
Time Commitment & Logistics

The course spans two weeks. You should expect to spend approximately 3-5 hours per week on self-paced online work, plus attend the mandatory live virtual sessions (2 hours each).

Attendance at live sessions is mandatory for certification. If you have an unavoidable conflict, please contact us immediately. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate your absence (e.g., move you to a future cohort), but we cannot issue the credential without full participation.

The exam is designed to ensure competence, not to trick you. It is open-resource, and the course curriculum thoroughly prepares you for every question. Most engaged participants pass on their first attempt. If necessary, retakes are available.
After Certification & Support

No. Your Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner credential does not expire. However, Wiley occasionally releases product updates, and we provide ongoing education to keep your skills sharp.

Yes. When we set up your EPIC administrative account, we give you access to the entire suite of Everything DiSC assessments and reports - in both English and Spanish. As an added bonus, you will also have access to Wiley’s Five Behaviors® solutions.

As part of your certification, we offer to set you up with your own EPIC Administrator Account - plus 75 credits to get you started. In this case, your future EPIC credit purchases would be through us - at a very competitive flat price.
That said, after DiSC Certification you are free to use an EPIC account hosted by another authorized partner. But we can’t support your EPIC activities directly, we can’t offer 75 free credits, and we can’t offer our future attractive pricing.

This certification credentials you to facilitate DiSC workshops with employees and leaders. It does not authorize you to certify other trainers (that is a "Train-the-Trainer" model). If you need multiple facilitators certified, ask us about our group cohort pricing.
That said, you can certainly train others in your company to assist to with DiSC facilitation. They just won’t be “certified.”
