We encourage you to explore Catalyst's many features, including:

• "Learn about your style" and "Workplace." These sections provide learners with their personal DiSC profile results. These results are what most people mean when they say they have "taken DiSC."

• "Management" and "Agile EQ." These are optional add-on DiSC applications that can be unlocked for any or all learners.

• "Compare to a Colleague" and "Build a group." These unique features empower users to learn about their colleagues' DiSC styles and behavioral preferences one-on-one or across a team or work group.

• "Get advice." This feature provides users with customized just-in-time advice on dealing with colleagues in specific situations (e.g., when things are tense).

• "Discover Worksmart." Worksmart is the newest feature on Catalyst. When fully implemented this Summer, it will provide built-in tools for helping people managers in five core areas: Giving constructive feedback; Managing conflict; Empowering their team; Helping their team navigate change; and Motivating their team. The first two modules are live now.
