What is a “Hybrid Workshop?”
A “Hybrid Workshop” is when you and your colleagues are physically in the same room at the same time (typically a corporate or hotel conference room), but we facilitate your DiSC Workshop remotely via Zoom or Teams. This option works great if we are unavailable to travel to your location for your event or to save you money. Our “Virtual Workshops” (i.e., everyone is on Zoom together) and our “Hybrid Workshops” are the same price.
We, and our workshop clients, have found that the Hybrid and Virtual formats work very well and are almost as impactful as more traditional in-person facilitation options. Contact us for details!

Yes! We offer DiSC training sessions in three delivery formats:
Virtual: In this format, all participants join us on a live Zoom or Teams session.
Hybrid: You and your colleagues are physically in the same room at the same time (typically a corporate or hotel conference room), but we facilitate your DiSC session remotely via Zoom or Teams. This option works great if we are unavailable to travel to your location for your event or to save money.
In-person: We join workshop participants at the meeting location of your choice. As host, you assume responsibility for AV setup, snacks, beverages, etc.
