Become an Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner

The Everything DiSC Certification course is a two-week, blended learning experience designed for L&D and HR professionals who want to implement and scale Everything DiSC within their organizations. The course consists of:

• Five asynchronous online learning modules that are engaging and immediately applicable in the workplace.

• Four virtual classroom sessions over two calendar weeks. Each week, participate in two 120-minute Zoom sessions where you share and learn from the experience of other talented L&D and HR professionals in your certification cohort, as well as from our in-house DiSC experts.

The total cost of our comprehensive DiSC Certification Bundle is $2,795. A great value compared to the widely published unbundled price of $5,105.

• We will design and schedule a private online training course to meet your group’s specific needs and timing. The cost is $2,595 per learner.

• We will design and schedule a private in-person training course which will feature two, 8-hour, live, instructor-led classroom sessions typically held on consecutive days at a location of your choosing. Please contact us for our affordable pricing.

After the fourth live training session and completion of all online learning modules, the course survey and final exam will “open.”

Upon successful completion of the final exam (note - all of our certification graduates have passed the exam so far), you will be an Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner! This valuable professional credential does not expire.

Each participating organization receives a white-labeled EPIC Administrative Account plus 75 EPIC credits (a $780 value) - enough for five DiSC Workplace Assessments.

We offer a free one-on-one Zoom training session to learn how to use the EPIC system to send DiSC assessment links, create reports, manage users, etc.

Yes! We include overviews of all Everything DiSC assessment instruments (i.e., Everything DiSC on Catalyst, Workplace, Agile EQ, Management, Productive Conflict, Sales, and Work of Leaders) in our customized certification content.

As a Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner, you are well qualified to utilize any of these Everything DiSC products.

We include access to all Everything DiSC profile instruments in the EPIC Administrative accounts we set up for DiSC Certification graduates.

As an added bonus, we include access to Wiley Publishing’s popular Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessment instruments as well.

Yes! This course is preapproved for 20 SHRM Recertification credits.

We have also successfully petitioned many other professional organizations, on behalf of our learners, to accept our DiSC Certification course hours as well. The fact that one of our course instructors has a Ph.D. helps!
